Municipal Entity Defense

O’Donnell McCoy Buerle has extensive experience defending municipal entities as both counsel and lead trial counsel in New Jersey and Federal courts. The firm has represented towns (both independently and through Joint Insurance Funds), counties, police and corrections officers, administrative and legal staff, fire departments, and police departments in a wide variety of actions including:
