O'DONNELL McCOY BUERLE LLC (“OMB”) is a general practice law firm concentrating in litigation including insurance defense and other civil litigation, with extensive experience handling cases referred by major insurance carriers, public entities, and self-insureds. Practice areas outside of civil litigation include real estate, will preparation, criminal and traffic defense, and arbitration/mediation. With over 75 years of combined attorney experience, OMB and its predecessor firms have been in business for over 50 years.

The partners of OMB are also active in their communities and strive to make a difference. The firm was one of the original participants in the Morristown Safe Place Program. Additionally, Maryann O’Donnell McCoy is a board member and volunteers for Community in Crisis, a community based coalition of volunteers fighting the prescription drug and heroin/opiate crisis among adolescents. She is also a participant in “Every 15 Minutes,” an alcohol and drug awareness program for high schoolers, and participates in Community Dispute Resolution as a mediator.
